DanceFit for Kids
 
DanceFit for Kids offers students from Prep to Year 6 the opportunity to be active and jam to their favorite music! DanceFit for Kids also includes cheerleading, with students using professional pompoms in their routines.
 
The perfect exercise for children, it features child-friendly routines based on modern dance choreography. Routines are broken down into easy-to-learn steps and movements to encourage fitness while having fun.
DanceFit for Kids helps develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children's lives by making fitness fun.
 
It incorporates key childhood development elements like leadership, respect, teamwork, confidence, self-esteem, memory, creativity, co-ordination and cultural awareness.
 
Co-ordinated by Mrs Judi Chatwood, DanceFit for Kids is held in the computer room at 8.15am on Mondays and 11am on Thursdays.
